Woodminster Realty is a full service family owned and operated Oakland real estate sales and real estate property management agency. In addition to supplying Oakland real estate services to the entire Bay Area through membership with the Oakland Association of Realtors®, we are members of the Southern Alameda County Association of Realtors® which serves real estate sales needs from Hayward to Fremont.

Our associations and various levels of education give us the know-how and contractual understanding necessary to properly serve you. All of our contracts are provided through CAR, RHANAC, and/or CAA and some are backed by the California Association of Realtors® legal hotline. This hotline gives us access to a legal team available to answer questions five days a week for CAR questions and concerns.
