Mimi Lucas, Broker Owner

Mimi Lucas moved to the Oakland Hills in 1969. She started her first company Trident Holdings in 1980 with one house on her vacation rental program. Trident Holdings has expanded to over 50 homes and condominiums on her vacation rental program and at the request of her long time clients she has developed a thriving real estate sales business both at Tahoe and here in the Bay Area.

Woodminster Realty, Mimi's, Oakland real estate sales company, was started in 1999 to serve the real estate sales needs of her Oakland Hills and East Bay clientele.  Today, Mimi is involved with sales, mortgage financing, long term residential property management, consulting and Northstar vacation rentals.

Mimi is an active member of the Oakland Association of Realtors, Tahoe Sierra Board of Realtors and is a member of the Indian Hills Condominium Association Board of Directors at Northstar in Tahoe.

Nicholas Drobocky, Realtor Associate

Nicholas joined the family real estate company in 2000.  He specializes in Oakland real estate sales in addition to real estate sales in San Leandro and Northstar at Tahoe.  Additionally, he has a growing portfolio of residential income property on his management program in Oakland and the surrounding areas.

Nicholas is a Bay Area native born in Oakland. He has ten years of experience in the hospitality industry prior to getting his real estate sales license. He has attended Western Kentucky University as well as Cal State Fullerton.  

Nicholas is an avid skier and golfer and is happy to let you know the best places to go!
